Every Day’s a Monday!
It’s one step, one choice, one day at a time. That’s how to meet your goals and get anywhere you want to go. Today IS Monday, but everyday and each moment can be a ‘Monday,’ a fresh start.
Today is day 5 of a 21 day cleanse for me. It’s challenging, BUT it’s one moment at a time. Slowly, but surely, I’m getting there. It’s the same with working out and eating healthfully…it takes time to see results in the mirror or in your clothes, BUT the changes ARE happening. It’s the adding up of all the days that matters. One more rep, one more glass of water, one more “Yes I can” and you’re on your way! Stay focused on what you want and keep going after it.
What Happens if I ‘Break’?
What to do when we have moments of weakness or ‘blips’, as I like to call ’em? The times when we eat the cookie, skip the gym, have an extra cocktail than maybe we should. It’s important to stay in the game. Don’t quit on yourself! Guess what…IT HAPPENS. It’s called being human. It’s called LIFE! Don’t let the one cookie or cocktail be your excuse to let it all of your hard work go down the tubes. Let those moments be gift to yourself, BE EASY on you, DON’T let them steer you off your course. Make the days when you’re committed to your goals be your norm and your ‘blips’ be just that just, moments.
