You ARE What You Eat!

The human body is magically regenerative. Every cell in your body replicates itself on a regular basis – some as often as every few days! Even slow-growing bone cells are completely replaced every six months. If you start to ‘clean out’ your cells today, you can have a purer body within a matter of days, and an entirely new you in six months (How awesome is that?)!

So, if physiologically we become what we put into our bodies, then what’s the BEST way to feed and fuel our bodies for optimal health? Eating whole, organic and unprocessed foods is key. We can take it a step further by eating raw foods. It’s a challenge, for sure, but adding in as much raw food as you can has its benefits.

Why Raw?

Raw food supports the body in three ways. First, the enzymes in raw food ensure proper functioning of cells in the body. Second, raw food nourishes the immune system enabling it to defeat all threats to the body. And third, raw food creates an alkaline balance in the body to keep it disease-free. Cooking food generally destroys or makes unavailable for absorption up to 85% of the original nutrients.
