This week the challenge is to step up your game. Like the saying says, “Go BIG or go home.” We are “home” in our own bodies and now it’s time to step up your game. Think about what you’re doing now, in your workouts, your eating, your relationships…where is there room for even MORE improvement? It’s a “Create Your Own Challenge” week. Set the vision for what you want to do and then raise your bar to a level that’s going to get you closer to your vision. Post in the comments section what you’re committing to do for the next 7 days!
