YOU Time

It’s Friday, Woohoo! This weekend take a moment to think about your week. Ask yourself what YOU need. Take a moment to reflect on your week. Has it been boring, stressful, active, overloaded, dreary? Whatever your answer is take time this weekend to do the opposite. Add a little Yin to your Yang(y) week. If you’ve been stressed go get a massage or take a yoga class. If you’ve been a little lazy get outside take a walk. If you’ve been bored and feeling blah…call a friend and do something FUN!

Make this weekend about YOU (or at least for an hour). Create time for yourself and make it something you enjoy and something your body needs.
