No beating around the bush! Dancin’ makes you feel better, we don’t need studies to prove it (although they’re out there), just listen to your bod. It’s not Thursday, but I’m challenging YOU today to shake your thang.

Oh No She DI’N’t

I was on the train this morning and smelt something amazing (yup in NYC a good smell on the subway, crazy I know!) There was Drakkar Noir in the air. I was instantly time-warped to the Pollard Youth Center in Needham, MA, where we had our school dances. I turned on my iPod and played Da Butt by E.U. and started to shake it. YES, I do have Da Butt and uh huh, I actually started dancin’ on the train, no tips please.

I know, I’m cra-cray, and not everyone would bust a move on the subway, so do it YOUR way. Go in your room, lock the door and bust out your favorite tune! Shake your ass, toss your hair around, it’ll make you feel GREAT, TRUST!
