I’ve been waiting for the winter to pass so I can get back outdoors. I recently began training for the NYC 1/2 Marathon and I was running by the West Side Highway I thought, “It will TOTALLY be warm enough in March to start workin’ it outside again!” SO…CAMP IS BACK!

Get Fierce Training Camp will be small personal training groups. Just like in life, all you need is YOU, no equipment, just you! All movements will be functional and challenging. Unlike my private sessions you will have others to “compete” with breeding an inspirational environment. There will be speed work coupled with strength training. Camp will include movements that will increase your flexibility and range of motion. Above all else, camp will be FUN and make you better and happier to take on your life!

BONUS: There will be weekly “HOMEWORK”. This will NOT be meant to punish you, but will GET you FIERCE! Each week you will receive an email with videos of 4 moves and a “routine” to practice for the week. By the end of our 5 week session you will have 20 moves to pull from to create your own FIERCE program. Camp is meant to empower YOU and to show your STUFF each Saturday!

Camp will be starting Saturday, March 23rd running through Saturday, April 20th. Sessions will max out at 12 people.
