IT’S MY BIRTHDAY…MONTH!

THEY’RE ALL SPECIAL DAYS

I love February, yes because  it’s my birthday month, but also because it’s when I choose another challenge for myself. Last year I committed to my best body yet. This year I’m choosing to go deeper within. I’m doing 30 days of hot yoga, not solely for my body, but for my soul and my spirit. I know the more I learn about myself the better I can teach and the bigger I can give back to this world.

This past November I had the honor to train to become a certified Tibetan Healing Bowl practitioner. In January I co-hosted a wellness day and combine my functional fitness workout with healing bowl meditation. After teaching I felt sheer bliss. I knew I had found how to connect body and soul through my teachings! This month I will be bringing my new signature class, ‘Bells and Bowls to Lululemon Hub Seventeen.

This is a 75 minute workshop led by ME. Attendees will experience a 45 minute high intensitiy interval workout with using dumbBELLS and kettleBELLS. Your heart will be pumping, your energy lifted all to super FIERCE beats.
Following the workout there will be a 30 minute Tibetan Healing Bowl meditation. This is a tradition that is thousands of years old that allows sound and vibration to flow through your body allowing restoreation to the body’s natural state of peace and ease.
