AHHH, I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!
I love the warmth of summer. Seeing people smiling at one another as they pass by on city streets, shedding layers of clothing, taking workouts outdoors…it’s all so great! You know how I feel about SUMMER BODY language and this has nothing to do with being “summer ready” it has everything with being warm and connected with nature. I’m inviting you to get outside this Memorial Day and move your body. Feel the breeze on your skin, listen to the waves, see all the beauty that surrounds you each day that maybe you take for granted.

SINGING BOWL MEDITATIONS
These are 50 minute Tibetan Healing Bowls meditations. This is a tradition that is thousands of years old that allows sound and vibration to flow through your body allowing restoreation to the body’s natural state of peace and ease. All you need to do is lay and be, the bowls will do the rest.
These meditations are open to all levels.
