I’m big on setting goals. I like having something to work for and I get there more easily and with a deeper focus when I know I’m supported by others. This month at SWERVE we set individual goals as a team. We are holding each other accountable this month to become better for ourselves and for each other.
I’ve committed to getting at least 6 hours of sleep a night with my u shaped body pillow. I know that that’s a minimal amount of sleep, but I typically get 3 – 5 hours, so this is an exponential improvement. Another goal I set is to take 3 yoga classes a week. My body needs to stretch and open after all the riding and lifting in my daily workouts. We’re already 1/3 of the way through the month and I’m loving the way I feel with all of the sleep and yoga. I’ve included my yoga schedule below in pink if you want to join me. I’m not going to be inviting you to sleep with me, sorry!
