START A NEW
The new year is a “fresh start” for so many. There is an energetic shift when so many people are focused on the belief that anything is possible. I love and fully appreciate this, but I also know that we have the gift of potential possibility every single day. I want to know what you are committed to this new year. Remember it starts with just one thought.
When you choose what you want make it BIG. It’s your time to choose, so why temper your dream…shoot for the moon! Make it scary as hell, those are the BEST ones. A vision that you know you can achieve is great, but what will you learn from the process of getting there? If you pick something that you’re unsure of how you will make it happen, that you’re slightly terrified of, but that you want and excites you…THAT is the ONE!
You know what this first quarter of this year is for me, the NPC Bikini Competition. Yes, I’ve done it before, but it doesn’t make it any easier. I also now know what it entails to get up on that stage and it still scares the $#!+ out of me. It’s right. I also know that I will take away great lessons and am committed to this journey through a lens of gratitude.
SHARING IS CARING.
Tell as many people as you can about your goals. Create a support team and share with those who will cheer you on rather then tempt you away from your dream. Get an accountability partner that will keep you in check. Share what your plan is for 2017 in the comment section! I want know what you’re up to.

MEDITATE WITH ME
Fridays in the month of January I’ll be hosting small group (6 person) 60 minute Tibetan Healing Bowls meditation. This is a tradition that is thousands of years old that allows sound and vibration to flow through your body allowing restoreation to the body’s natural state of peace and ease. All you need to do is lay and be, the bowls will do the rest.
Date: Fridays in January 6, 13, 20 & 27th
Time: 6:00PM – 7:00PM
Location: 35 East 10th St (bet B’way & University)
Please wear loose fitting clothing with no buttons or zippers. Make sure to drink water throughout the day in preparation.
