As an avid yoga participant Dyan knew she wanted to share all of the benefits she received from this practice with the world. Dyan completed a 300 hour Modo Teacher Training in October of 2018.

There will be the use of new products from which have available for your workouts topical oils to help relieve the pain, get the stress aw, anxiety and relieve muscles and ligaments, to promote healthy benefits and relaxation to your body.

Practice Class Modo Yoga

When: Friday, December 7th, 14th & 21st

Where: Modo Yoga, 434 Sixth Avenue,  Second Floor

Time: 9:30AM (please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check in/set up)

Class is FREE. Mat rentals are $2 a piece and please bring a water bottle as Modo is a hot yoga studio and you’ll want water to hydrate throughout class.
